We include fitness and psychology sessions as part of our weekly schedule.
Lerissa Graham has joined our team and takes all ages of our junior performance programme. Lerissa’s work has already proven exceptional and it is the junior players favourite sessions of the week! Her work is incredibly practical and beneficial to the academy. We proudly display our positive word of the week, our superstar learner chart and all players are fully aware of their 5 E.S.H.E.R BEHAVIOURS!
Our Team are all member of UK Strength & Conditioning and Chris and Amy are working towards their PT qualification - when Covid permits! Some of our fitness training also takes place off site and indoors at Bounce: The Athletes Gym in New Malden. We do however have an extensive range of fitness equipment that we utilise in all of our sessions from the U6 Hotshots programme up to the older junior performance players. We are known to prod a few parents into an 800+ Calorie dropping Cardio Tennis session too!
We will be working with a new fitness coach this term too! More information to follow in due course.
